Sílvia Biscaia Co-Founder
Lawyer for over 30 years, with extensive experience as CEO in tourism and real estate. Holds advanced academic background including Law Degree, Master's and PhD-level work in Tourism, alongside AI applied to business certified course by Imperial College London and AI European Regulation by Universidade Católica Portuguesa in partnership with Instituto Superior Técnico and Instituto do Conhecimento – Abreu Advogados.
Sílvia brings deep legal expertise, regulatory knowledge, and executive experience to every engagement. Her career spans law pratice, international investment, hospitality leadership, and now AI governance.
Sérgio Ferreira Co-Founder
Specialist in technology and operations, with a strong track record as a luxury hotel director, real estate manager, and IT & data protection lead. AI applied to business certified course by Imperial College London and AI European Regulation by Universidade Católica Portuguesa in partnership with Instituto Superior Técnico and Instituto do Conhecimento – Abreu Advogados.
Sérgio brings inside knowledge of compliance challenges in hospitality, tourism, and real estate industries where operational complexity meets regulatory scrutiny. His practical technology experience ensures our recommendations work in real-world environments.
